On retiring from professional boxing two decades ago, Clinton McKenzie recognized that, carefully adapted, the kind of training that made him British and European champion need not be limited to the boxing ring, but instead could benefit everyone. Removing the element of contact, he designed his own form of boxing fitness that is hugely fun and motivating, and which can tailor-made to achieve a wide range of fitness goals.
